23.01.2022 Key educator relationships provide a strong foundation to support children’s learning. When I feel safe I can play, and when I play I learn. KER make it easier for key educators to follow the educational interests of children in their small group. They can plan and implement different environmental changes to support children in their learning and development. As key educators do not follow their group of children around all day they may miss observing some learning opportunities. Teamwork is key for educators to share with each other what they see the children engaged in. Whether the children are in their key group or not. Educators are keen to share with each other about the exciting learning that all children are engaged in, and Storypark makes it a lot easier to share with each other about the learning the children are engaged in.
