As you know the Government announced today that the 'free childcare' package will expire on 12 July and that the CCS system will return f...rom 13 July, along with new transition measures (up until October) to support the sector and parents as they move back to the subsidy. This announcement is a little bit complex so we are working hard to understand what this means for our families and for Goodstart. 19.01.2022 Yesterday the children helped got involved in some gardening this is a healthy, fun activity for children. The Children have been developing new skills and learning about science and nature from growing their own food as they talk about what is going to happen when they care for there plants, We planted a blueberry plant, chives, mint and oregano plant. We can’t wait for them to grow and see what we can make with them all.... Blueberry muffins? There is a variety of interesting activities children can be involved in, such as planting, mulching, weeding and cooking once they grow and to maintain them. All the children involved had so much fun and were very eager to give it ago.
