22.01.2022 We had a lovely afternoon set up for our families to enjoy as part of our celebration of international women’s day Happy women’s day!

20.01.2022 The rooms have been busy with a range of STEM incorporated activities. The pre-kinder room experimented mixing oil and water and added a range of colours, the kids were amazed by the results! The toddler rooms made playdough together and then got creative and made their own parrot. Toddlers have been engaged and interested in the topic of space! They have even started naming the planets!... Maths was achieved with a troph full of different textures like pebbles, sand and soil. The children were extending the concept of measurement when filling up buckets and counting how many shovels full. There has been more planting happening! The children have been walking into the room investigating the growth progress of their plants and intrigued by the results !

11.01.2022 Happy Valentine’s Day! The children are so excited to give their parents their beautiful presents

09.01.2022 Spring is here! Thank you to the families who have been donating their Woolworths collectable plants! The children have been engaged in planting the lovely seeds with the assistance of their educators, they have also been involved in daily sustainability routines such as planting our plants with our left over drinking water and demonstrating respect for their environment and space.... This beautiful weather also calls for community walks. This week our toddler room went to the library to read some books , the children showed enthusiasm and interest when selecting books and getting comfy on a seat to read.

06.01.2022 This week we recognised one of the biggest of Australia’s Cultures by celebrating AFL football. Children arrived dressed in their favourite team colours and participated in experiences that broadened their knowledge of the sport. By providing these opportunities they had many positive aspects and were beneficial with enhancing children‘s vocabulary, physical development, colour recognition, problem solving skills, encouraged with creating new friendships, sharing skills, f...urther developing the concept of team work, creativeness, communication skills and most of all self esteem and confidence. We really enjoyed listening to the conversation‘s between peers this weeks celebration‘s encouraged and the big bright smiles the children had when someone recognised their teams.
