16.01.2022 AHOY there, me hearties !! This week we have taken the centre on a pirate voyage as we build to talk like a pirate day tomorrow (Friday 18/9/20). We are encouraging everyone to talk and dress like a pirate tomorrow. Bring a gold coin donation and take part in the adventures that tomorrow will bring as we raise awareness and donations for Children’s Cancer Support. Donations can also be made online.

15.01.2022 Thank you Eimeo Road State School for sharing. Transition to school processes are extremely important in building your child’s confidence to make the transition from Kindergarten to school. For your child to be confident, and feel safe in their new school environment,they should be familiar with their bigschool and take part in the available visits with you. You can then discuss the routines, teachers and new friends with your child. In kindergarten we also continue these conversations and share what our uniforms will look like, who is going to our big school. This allows our children to feel supported from kindergarten to prep. If you have not already enrolled your child for prep please contact your school to start the process.

02.01.2022 CBCA BOOK WEEK 2020 Theme: Curious Creatures, Wild Minds Dates: Term 4: October 17-23* #CBCA2020... What a wonderful way to start our book week celebrations. This morning our little learners got to see one of our butterflies emerged from its cocoon in our lime tree. Of course this then set the discussions to one of our favourite books ‘the very hungry caterpillar’ as we wondered what it ate before is went into the cocoon. You can imagine the delight we all shared, in watching crawl out, stretch and dry its wings, which are wonderful colours of brown, white, blue and black. It later visited the flowers in our front planters.

01.01.2022 Today we are raising funds for McHappy Day. Currently funds are being raised for a local Ronald McDonald Family Room to support families who require to be close to loved ones whilst they are in care. We are having crazy sock day and making McHappy face biscuits to raise our donations today. The Ronald McDonald House has a very special place in our hearts
