I know for alot of you this isn't your preferred way to attend a class but for now its the only option we have. 06.01.2022 And that's a wrap! Well we thought last year was a crazy ride, this year has defiantly topped it. It still blows my mind thinking about how this year has played out and although it's not how I had pictured it (being forced to shut for 12 weeks defiently wasn't on my list lol), I've defiently learnt alot. I want to say a big thank you to all of our lovely clients. I am so thankful for every single one of you and your continuous support means alot, even more so with this crazy... year. 04.01.2022 WHY USE FOAM ROLLING/MYOFASCIAL RELEASE? I think foam rolling is something that most people have a love/hate relationship with but it has so many great benefits. Myofascial release is a technique used by manual therapists to assist with tight muscles. The foam roller has allowed individuals to achieve increased muscle flexibility, greater range of motion and enhance tissue recovery on a consistent basis.... Some benefits of the foam roller are -Increase stability -Improve posture -Challenge clients -Increase flexibility -Increase range of movement -Strengthen the entire body from the deep stabilising muscles to the peripheral muscles We occasionally use the foam rollers during classes but we always have them avaliable for you to use before or after a class.

We don't currently run any pregnancy specific classes but all matwork and barre classes are safe to do during pregnancy. Modifications will be given throughout the class.... If your pregnant and new to pilates we recommend booking a one on one session before attending a class. *Please check with you doctor before starting any new exercise routine
