25.01.2022 Too hot to workout? Nope. The weather app said it was 35 degrees but the temp in the gym was better than that. Back and triceps was backed up by 30 x 1min rounds of skipping, bike and 110cm bag. I was of course closely monitored by my cheer squad who even joined me for a lay down at the end of the workout.

23.01.2022 So the gym was crowded this morning....

23.01.2022 I dont have time to workout is something I hear a lot. My workout today was a weights session of super-setting chest and biceps and then a cardio session of 10 x 1 minute rounds alternating the 110cm bag and the grappling bag (making sure I picked up the grappling bag and slammed it twice every round). As you can see by my sweat angel, the 35 minute workout did the job. Im also the main reason the gym gets disinfected so frequently.

22.01.2022 If sweat equals success, I had a very successful workout. It doesnt take a lot of equipment and my gym, my rules so shirt was optional. 30 x 1min rounds: Boxing Skipping... Burpees Now its time to eat some food, drink some beer and enjoy time with the family.



21.01.2022 When I was in the military, I signed up for some of the hardest training schools available anywhere in the world. It was crazy to see some of the mentalities of... people alongside me in these programs. I signed up wanting to get my ass kicked everyday to help me find what I was truly made of. It was funny when I would like to my left and right to see that the majority of the people around me signed up for many different reasons. I would see when things got hard that most people would hope for it to end. Most people would check the weather forecast hoping for sunny skies and the surf report hoping for warm water temps and calm seas. It is impossible to find out who you are while living in the best case scenario. A lot of people sign up for a hard workout class that lasts 60 minutes. While most people aren’t necessarily excited about it, they do it anyway knowing that it is only going to last an hour. At around the 50-55 minute mark, they realize the end is near and their endorphins kick in and they get extremely happy. If that instructor decides to extend the class by 10 minutes, the whole energy in the room is sucked out! What was positive energy is now negative and many people are pissed off! There was a time when I was in the water & it was 49 degrees outside & the water temp was 50 degrees. The man beside me asked how it was possible that you aren’t cold? Before I answered the question, I told him the reason he was cold was because all he was thinking about was when it was going to be over and we would be getting out of the water. I explained the reason I wasn’t cold was because I was wishing the water was colder and that they would keep us in a little longer. The more I wished for the worst, the warmer the water became. A lot of us in life are always hoping for the test to be over. The test is never over....when the end is unknown, are you going to bitch out or stay hard?! My suggestion will always be to STAY HARD!

18.01.2022 It is important to sit back and think about what and who truly matters in your life. It is important to think about how much time you have wasted on people who... are holding you back and not allowing you to grow. It is important to think about the years, months and days you have wasted on these type people in your life. The friends you thought would be in your life forever and are now nothing more than a distant memory. A lot of us wake up everyday and we unknowingly strap on 100-200lbs of extra weight on our backs. That extra weight comes from these motherfuckers who bring us down by manipulating us, using us when it is convenient for them, bring their drama and bad energy into our lives, etc. We pick up and carry their bad energy and get weighed down. It is important to get rid of that dead weight and shitcan all the people who make it hard for you to breathe. Find those people that breathe life back into you, rather than those who suck the life out of you. As we all know, life is very short. Dont waste it on those who are out here only for themselves! Each one of us only has so many breaths that we breathe in our lifetime. Make sure each and every breath is well spent!
