23.01.2022 We are starting back with a difference in November. We have chosen to focus on the things we can do and not to become disheartened by the things that are still not permitted. We can still check on each other (just no hugs).... We can still come together (even if only 50 - our halls aren’t big enough for the advertised 300). We can still open Gods word together. We can each testify to Gods working in our lives. We can still listen to music (even though we can’t sing). There will be some afternoon gatherings beginning at 2:00pm of an afternoon for the next four Sundays.

16.01.2022 This week will see the return of a revamp of our ladies group. We have learnt over the past year, thanks to the pandemic, the greatest need in our community is fellowship. People are feeling the pain of isolation. Not only our corps folk, but also our community. We are also mindful that if you look at the origins of Home League it was for the home makers and the unsaved. So we are trying something different this year and opening Tuesday mornings for anyone to come in for a cu...ppa and conversation. Our regular Home League ladies are great at conversation and we would love for them to embrace who ever God sends our way. There will be a short devotion and prayer and cups of coffee and tea available, along with single serve biscuits. We pray this is well received by the corps folk and we get in the habit of inviting others in our community to join us
