17.01.2022 A date has been saved for the 2020 NSW XC Championships, which is aimed to be held over the two days of the weekend of Saturday, 10th October, and Sunday, 11th ...October. The event locations will again be at the Dapto Integral Energy Park. This event will take place if the current recommendations from the NSW Government, regarding regional travel for State Championship sporting events, are lifted by NSW Health. 15.01.2022 We are looking for a few more athletes who would like to compete in the ANSW State Club Championships. We need interested girls and boys to help fill our U18s team and we are trying to get a Masters 45+ mens/ladies team. Any Masters athletes who want to join the club please contact the club asap. Date: Saturday 7th November U18s 1pm-3pm. Masters 4pm-6pm. Venue: Sydney Olympic park athletics track. Events: 100m, 400m, 1500m, Shot Put, Long Jump, 4x100m relay.... 02.01.2022 Gosford Athletics Club Throwers Night Gosford Athletics Club will be hosting a Throwers Night onThursday 19th November at Adcock Park West Gosford. Sign on will be from 6pm, with competition starting at 6:30pm. ... Events are Javelin, Discus and Shot Put. Ages from U14 to Masters. Athletes must be currently registered members as either Dual, Concession, Open or Community membership of any ANSW Athletics club to be able to compete (proof of membership must be presented upon check in). $5 entry fee for as many events as you like. Athletes will be allowed 6 throws in each event. If you are currently not a member of an athletics club and wish to compete, Gosford membership starts from as little as $35, contact the club for more information about how to join.

01.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone who competed at our first Gosford Throwers night. We had a great turnout of 25 athletes from several clubs, both from the Central Coast and throughout the Hunter region. 01.01.2022 PBs All round for our athletes today at the Sydney Uni Interclub and NSW 3km Championships Katie Gunn leapt out to 6.13m in the Long Jump, 2cm off a World Junior Qualifier and winning the Womens Division 1 event. Lachlan Glasson ran a 19 second PB of 12:04.50 and Ryan McKendrick ran a 10 second PB of 9:15.82 in their 3km races. ... Congratulations!
