25.01.2022 Monday morning at 9.30am the Geraldton Chapter of International Women's Circle will be garthering at the southern end of St. George's Beach. The weather is expected to be good, so please bring a hat and a bottle of water. The host, Erica Dimock will share some of her story, followed by mind, body and spirit connections. This gathering is for you to find friendship and support by like-minded women. Whether you are a student, single, married, mother, grandmother or great-grandmother all women are welcome.

14.01.2022 Who are we as Women? The feminine side brings in gentleness, empathy, humility, and sensitivity. The concern, the care, passion, the strength with sensitivity, compromise and craziness with happiness which she passes on in any relationship. May it be as a mother, spouse, grandmother or in the work place. A woman's intuition may just be the most powerful force on earth. Women are found to have greater non-verbal sensitivity: they were better able to read a situation without v...erbal clues. Intuition is a process that gives us the ability to know something directly, without analytic reasoning, bridging the gap between the conscious and nonconscious parts of our mind, and also between instinct and reason. It's that internal feeling, that prevailing thought, that tells you something isn't right before any signs even appear. It's a magical force that prevails in women, way before men can catch on and has been catching men for years. Indeed, research has also suggested that the more intuitive we believe we are, the less accurate our judgments tend to be, as the ego comes into play, it is a gift from the great Spirit. A strong Woman is not afraid to share her ideas and thoughts, regardless of what others think. She speaks her heart and her mind, and she respects herself enough to stand up for herself, the causes she believes in, and the welfare of others.

She trained and worked as a primary school teacher when she fell in love with an Australian traveller. A year full of adventures followed and she migrated to Australia in 1975. She is a mother of 2 children and grandmother of 5. Parijat will take you through some self-care exercise that reduce stress and help heal the heart. ARLENE QUINN Self- Acceptance through learning patience. She coaches, facilitates and conducts interactive programs on leadership and communication using her knowledge of the brain and thinking patterns. She is the current Director of Perth Playback Theatre, where the actors and musicians take real stories and experiences from the audience members and instantly turn them into live theatre. She lives in the Perth Hills with her husband and dogs and lives an uncomplicated life. MAVIS CARRUTHERS Mavis grew up on Kangaroo Island, South Australia, with her parents and three siblings. Most of their vegetables were home grown, with meals complimented by eggs from their own chooks. Last year, their property was rented out and they returned this February to a desolate vegetable garden. In a few short weeks, with some tender loving care, they had the whole garden alive producing enough greens for salads each day.Mavis is sharing with you how to economically grow veggies and herbs that are quick to establish and provide a wonderful culinary delight to your food preparation. I shared part of my journey and we discussed Mind-Body Connection. Some of the words today were, trust, love, abundance, joyfull, mindfull, tender,caring and enjoyment.
