24.01.2022 As we prepare for Christmas and New Year celebrations, it’s timely to reflect on the year that’s been and what a year it has been for the events industry and our community. At the City of Gosnells, we’ve tried hard to keep things as ‘normal’ as possible for our community, particularly when it came to events. We want to pass on our sincere thank you to the suppliers, performers, food vendors, entertainers and activity providers who helped make our events so special. And of... course, the biggest thank you to our event patrons and community for your continued support and love of events. More than ever, you have shown the importance of community kindness and resilience. As the world’s attention focuses on Coronavirus, turn your attention to those in your family and community. Kindness is free, sprinkle that stuff everywhere!

13.01.2022 It hurts our hearts to announce the cancellation of the 2021 Illuminate Night Party. We have always tried to think outside the box when it comes to delivering safe community events in this strange time, however unfortunately we can’t see any way around the cancellation due to the uncertainty of border closures, the unpredictability of future restrictions, and most importantly the safety of our patrons, artists, crew and staff. We recognise that to many people, the frustration of seeing yet another live music event being cancelled will be disappointing, and we are with you. This will be the first February in 10 years that we won’t be partying together but please know that we are continuing to work hard to bring a series of safe events to the City of Gosnells this summer and a monumental 2022 event!
