21.01.2022 RDA Southern Inland has partnered with Coordinare to deliver the free webinar, ‘Discovering Resilience’ with Hugh van Cuylenburg on the 11th March from 6pm. Hugh van Cuylenburg, founder of The Resilience Project, will share the experiences he has had with elite sporting teams and individuals and combine them with practical strategies to improve your wellbeing. The Resilience Project, launched in 2013, explores evidence-based approaches to building resilience, in order to dev...elop and sustain positive mental health. The presentation will outline strategies of Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness and discuss simple ways you can practice these in your daily life, including a simple trick to train your mind to focus on the positives. Hugh has worked with every NRL club, various AFL sides, every state cricket team and Netball Australia, providing them with practical strategies to improve their wellbeing. 19.01.2022 To our players, parents and members, As per Cricket NSW direction there has been a strong directive to cancel of all cricket state wide. I'd like to thank all players, parents and volunteers for making this season a success. It is a shame to end such a great season on this note. However the safety of all our members is paramount.... A decision regarding our presentation will be made in the coming weeks and will be communicated to you all as it emerges. Results and player awards will be announced in the coming days. 12.01.2022 Hello to all of our little BLASTERS, We hope everyone enjoyed their first session last week. I apologise for the miscommunication regarding the location of the Blast. This week Blast will be held at Eastgorve Park due to Seiffert and Prell being utilised for the NSW Country Championships. Please note each week will be held at Seiffert Oval unless otherwise advised.... Remember to wear your hats, apply sunscreen and pack a drink bottle as tomorrow is forecast to be a warm one. Play gets under way at 10am with Newcastle defending champions and hot favourites. In a first for Country Cricket, this match will be live streamed being the first match in any NSW Country Cricket Carnival in a regional area to do so. Start date 17th October. U12s will run Saturday mornings 8.30am start date 17th October.... U14s and U16s will run Saturday morning 8.15am and start date is 7th Novemeber to allow winter sports finals to be completed. See more
