24.01.2022 A difficult repair on the rear bumper of this Mazda. Heat reshape the bar, colourmatch and repaint. This injury happened over a year ago which made it much harder to bring it back to its former self. The plastic seems to have a memory and is reluctant to change shape. No filler required though.

24.01.2022 Major front bumper repair on this VE commodore ute. A tow bar had punched through, and a few scrapes and small dents. Removed the bar, heat reshape, plastic weld and repair. No filler required. Refit bumper, colourmatch & repaint. A few chip repairs aswell, and its now ready for sale.

20.01.2022 Repairs to the rear quarter and replace the tail light assembly on this pearl white Rav 4 in Croydon. Spent a fair bit of time removing most of the dent so minimal filler was required. Colourmatch and repaint.

19.01.2022 Stone chip repairs to a white Hyundai in the Yarra Valley. This is a great example of why stone chips shouldnt be left unattended for too long. Surface rust and water get under the paint and a small chip can become a very large one.

19.01.2022 Different job today. A damaged fibreglass shower base with a broken corner. Fibre fill repair. Reshape corner section. Colourmatch and repaint.

19.01.2022 This is an air intake duct of a new 4 wheel motorbike. It has been chewed and damage by rats or mice, and unfortunately a replacement was not an option. Plastic weld and repair without the use of filler because of the vibration its subject to. Repaint in a textured black.

19.01.2022 This is a grille off a small tractor in need of plastic surgery and repair. Heat reshape, plastic weld and repaint. This part is expensive and hard to find to replace, so repair was the best option.

18.01.2022 A change of colour for the wheels and some detailed painting of suspension and brake components. Alot of hours in this.

17.01.2022 This repair on a muffler is a small part of a full restoration Im doing on this 1985 Suzuki RG 250. To repair the aluminium, a metal repair compound was used. Sanded back and then repainted both mufflers. The last 2 photos show what Im starting with, to what I hope to finish with.

14.01.2022 Work on the restoration of the Suzuki RG 250(85) is coming to and end. All panel work and most mechanical jobs are done. Just waiting on the decals to arrive from the UK. Only place I can get them. Its been a huge amount of hours put in, with alot of help from my son, Dale. I will post the final pics once the decals arrive and are fitted.

03.01.2022 Repairs to this 70s Kawasaki Z900. This was an insurance job for a customer of 1st Class Motorcycles in Lilydale. Unfortunately a car pulled out in front of this guy and caused extensive damage to the bike but thankfully only minor injuries to the rider. My task was to repair and repaint all panels in the same custom style it had before the incident. The guys at 1st Class did a great job finding all the parts and carrying out repairs needed to get it back on the road.

03.01.2022 Another mod on my daughters Lancer. The request was jet black wheels, but we settled on a dark metallic grey. This will help hide the brake dust that gathers on rims. Jet black always looks dirty.

03.01.2022 A minor restoration on this VX Commodore sedan, in delft blue. Remove the rear bumper. Heat reshape, plastic weld and repair. Refit bumper, colourmatch and repaint in both colours. Also a full cut and polish with chips and scratches taken care of aswell. Brings this 20 year old car back to its former glory.

02.01.2022 Repair a scrape on the door and rear quarter on this white Mitsubishi Lancer. Remove as much of the dent as possible then apply a small amount of filler. Prep the surface, colourmatch and repaint.

01.01.2022 Front bumper/guard and rear bumper repairs on this 200 series Landcruiser in magnetic grey. Heat reshape and repair. Colourmatch and repaint. A complete cut and polish aswell with a few touchups to finish off.

01.01.2022 Split and broken mounts from a miscalculated reversing move. Bumpers and their mounts are designed to cope with an impact from only one direction and unfortunately when the impact comes from the other way, the damage can be quite severe from a relatively light bump. Plastic weld split, repair mounts and align. Replace broken and missing clips. Colourmatch and repaint.

01.01.2022 A simple corner repair on this Mitsubishi outlander. Both white and black areas needed attention. The black section had to match up to the textured plastic from original.
