19.01.2022 Please be advised that the Gladstone GP Superclinic will close their doors from 1pm to 3pm today. Our phones will be diverted to our after hours message between 1.30pm and 2.30pm. As with all Health Workers, the last few months have been quite stressful and the GGPSC team have provided an amazing amount of support and healthcare to our community. Everyday, I am thankful - and today, we will be taking some much deserved time out to support our wonderful work family. ... Thank you for your understanding and the kind words and support that we have been shown through this time also. I am proud to be a part of the GGPSC team, and I am proud to be a Gladstone local. With thanks, Annette (Practice Manager - Gladstone GP Superclinic and Calliope Medical Centre).

18.01.2022 A timely reminder to all of our patient's that our surgery has extra processes in place, to protect our staff and patient's during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Understandably this may be inconvenient to some of our patient's, however it is important to adhere to these measures and most importantly, remember that we are doing this, to protect everyone. To our patient's that patiently answer our COVID questions with honesty, greet us with a smile and appreciate our role - we ...thank you. This is a tiring and stressful time for a lot of people, and we working in medical - understand this from all points of view. Our staff have and continue to work tirelessly for our community, and I would encourage you all to practice patience and gratitude to all that you encounter - in particular, our team. As a zero tolerance surgery, please note that any aggressive behaviour towards staff, will be addressed and actioned appropriately. Kind regards, Annette (Practice Manager)
