24.01.2022 Judging by my social media, a lot of people are struggling with their motivation, if not outright hitting the metaphorical wall. This really struck me when I spotted it, so I'm sharing it with you.

24.01.2022 Happy Monday, for those of us on a timeline where Monday is a thing. For those of you who aren't, happy day!

22.01.2022 I had another post in mind for today, but this is even better!

20.01.2022 Monday motivation!

20.01.2022 For anyone who's hitting the wall at the moment...

19.01.2022 #funfriday #lifegoals

16.01.2022 My theme is definitely 'be kind to yourself'.

15.01.2022 From my friend Mickey Space. Remember, that includes physical, mental, and emotional.

14.01.2022 FB reminded me that I haven't posted in a little while and I was pondering what to post when this leapt out at me as being apt right now. Look after yourselves, everyone.

13.01.2022 *pops head up again*

11.01.2022 This definitely ties in with the course I'm doing at the moment! Synchronicity...

10.01.2022 It's been a week, eh? I've just finished an online course which is truly life-changing (William Whitecloud's Create Your Destiny) which integrates very well with the modalities I've already studied and use in the practice. I'm looking forward to integrating them into sessions! At the same time we've just gone back into lockdown in the Melbourne Metropolitain area. Even though we're in a fairly safe area, I'm going back to online only - all my modalities can be done remote,... even Reiki. Meanwhile, put up your feet, rest and look after yourself. This may be a repeat image, but it feels appropriate!

09.01.2022 "Parsons had nearly finished the book when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. With it came heated debate over what needed protecting the most: the economy or society’s most vulnerable. Nearly half of Australians live with a chronic illness, but as Parsons writes, during every report on a death, many of us were hoping to hear the words underlying medical condition. For those without chronic illness those words were a comfort. For us, they were the opposite. https://www.theguardian.com//jacinta-parsons-on-living-wit

08.01.2022 *blink blink* How did it get to be Friday, again?

07.01.2022 How are all my people doing today?

06.01.2022 Been doing an online course and we've hit THAT week. (Anyone who's done transformative work will know what I mean.) In addition there's been a lot going on - and I'm well aware as a white woman, I'm privileged by comparison. For anyone who's at that stage:

03.01.2022 Hi all: my mentor and friend, Dr. Darren Weissman, is hosting a webinar on Mind Medicine tomorrow morning our time (10:30 AEST) which, from the way he described it this morning on the Healing Circle, is a distillation of the LifeLine Technique, which I first studied with him in 2009 and have been practicing ever since. As I said it's at 10:30 tomorrow morning, it's online and it's free, so do sign up if you feel drawn to. I suspect you'll benefit. :) Link is here: https://theshiftnetwork.com/MindMedicine

01.01.2022 This sprang to mind during a webinar I was on on Zoom. I decided to share.
