25.01.2022 As a venue, the health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount, which is why we have willingly followed the guidelines and all the medical advice to date. It has hurt so many of our GPO family, none more so than our staff (many of whom do not qualify for JobKeeper). As a management team, we have often felt helpless in our inability to help our young vulnerable staff get through this pandemic. To say we are disappointed with the Premier mocking our industry, staff and young people in general is an understatement. Anastasia Palaszczuk you should be ashamed.

18.01.2022 In response to the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19, wed like to take the opportunity to reassure our customers that we are taking extra precautions to ensure their health and safety remains our greatest priority. In addition to our current thorough health and hygiene practices, public areas and surfaces will be regularly disinfected throughout trade such as restrooms, door handles, bench tops etc. Additionally, hand sanitizers will be readily available to customers th...roughout the entire venue. We recommend anyone considering attending our events that are feeling unwell remain at home. We will be trading as per usual tonight! Government officials and Australias Chief Medical Officer have advised against organised mass gatherings as of Monday, however it was also reiterated that the risk to the public remains low. Once we receive further information on Monday, we will update via our socials in regards to future events If you have any questions regarding the above, feel free to message us or ask our staff.
