18.01.2022 The best thing we can do for ourselves is to take a few minutes from each day to check in with our own emotions and feelings, to see if we are having any trouble understanding them. It is ok to get help because this is what self-love is all about, taking care of ourselves. After going through childhood trauma and living a life of constant challenge as a single mother of two children, one severely autistic, I had a wake-up call after realizing that denying my painful feel...ings only increased them, I was creating more pain. So I decided to embrace my emotions and I used compassion and acceptance to work through them head-on. This was a time when growth really started to develop and then I started to have more certainty about what I wanted to be, do and have. My inner self was growing stronger, the suffering started to lessen and I started bringing more light to life for myself and my children. Allow. Embrace. Let yourself feel.
