19.01.2022 Sometimes it takes a good long look in the mirror to see that: You are able You are competent You’ve got the ability ... You’ve got the strength You can learn along the way You have many skills you can utilise You can do anything you set your mind You have a dream for a reason You can give it all you’ve got You have the willingness You have the desire You can Period.

11.01.2022 This is one of my favourite walking places. A place I let my mind wonder and dream up all the possibilities. Of where I’ll be in a few years time. ... Of all the things I’d be doing. Of all the lives of impact. Of all the little projects I’d create. Dreaming up who I have become and seeing life through that version of me. And as the water flows, so too flows the ease of the vibration in which I feel. And that reminds me of how much our vibration impacts our world. It’s amazing how so many blessings come at a time where you are feeling good. How things seem to ‘somehow work out’ for you. And how life just seems so delicious in that moment. And this is because your vibration has called in those juicy moments. You choosing to feel good in the moment. To focus on all that is good and all that is good that is on its way to you. The feeling of gratitude is such an expander of your receiving container. For anything of the opposite is what contracts you and repels the blessings coming your way. You get to choose to feel good in any moment. Granted you can’t 100% of the time and if you try and block out negative feelings, they will come back and haunt you even more. You see, life is a delicate balance, a dance, of ebbs and flows, highs and lows, for you to dance your way through. You won’t always feel good all the time, yet it’s in these moments you don’t feel good that you gain the clarity on what DOES make you feel good and what you DO want, therefore serving it’s wonderful purpose of helping you to breakthrough that pattern and dissolve it for good. Be unafraid to feel the uncomfortable feelings. Be unafraid to look at what has upset you, for in this very space surfaces the beliefs that get to be transmitted and transformed into something wonderful! Trust that all that happens in your life is happening for you, because ultimately, when you look back, you will see it is. And what has happened has been the path to help you awaken to your true self, your true potential and your true worth. Enjoy the view! 02.01.2022 Feeling meh today I’m sitting in this feeling, allowing it to fizzle out and diffuse, self-coaching myself through the trigger of what’s gotten me here so I can then clear it, reframe and move forward in leaps and bounds! Taking the afternoon off to honour myself.... There will be days of meh, and that’s okay. #humanlife Let yourself feel it and then release it. Forcing yourself when you are not up for it only causes more trouble later on and creates dysfunctionality. Let yourself process all the feelings so that it doesn’t store in your body and then you can bring your frequency back up again. I do love the power of self awareness and coaching!
