23.01.2022 Yes, it's vegan 'CALAMARI' This recipe was a pure spur of the moment idea, conjured by the thought that "these heart of palm rings look like squid". I tossed them in flour, a series of spices and nori flakes (for that ocean-ish flavour), then fried them up and MY GOD. 19.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL SANGRIA LOVERS! Allow me to introduce my Sangria Upside Down Cake with Saffron Custard For this dessert I made a batch of sangria (rather large... Cooking is thirsty work), reduced it to what I'll call a 'sangria syrup' and layered it with candied oranges. 13.01.2022 CROQUETAS This is my favourite thing I've made so far! I've done two flavours- the first is 'Mushroom and Leek' which is so creamy and addictive Then for the second flavour, I have mimicked Abuelo's prawn croquetas using fake prawns from @lamyongaustralia which are unreal (best mock seafood/ meat I've had) and was so happy with the result I'm interested to know which flavour you would want to try first? Or any other filling ideas you have!

11.01.2022 Can I get a if you want this Friday night to be tapas night! This is the sort of thing we will be selling at markets over summer- croquetas, olives (duh), home made chorizo, pisto and calamares (all plant based!). I keep on coming up with new menu ideas and am finding it hard to stick to a manageable few... however, please make my job harder still and comment below anything else you'd like to see on our Spanish menu (all plant based... But if you eat meat, dairy or eggs still comment what you'd like and challenge me to veganise it ) X
