24.01.2022 Some of today’s orders which I used my Cricut Foil Transfer System on to make the message cards all shiny and metallic! Earlier this year I was lucky to be given a Cricut Maker for my other business Edward Kwan to help me cut out my bow ties with precision. Cricut has released this new Foil Transfer System which is now available at Spotlight, or online from Big W and Harvey Norman, which I got to test out! I won’t be doing this for all my orders, but if I have downtime now an...d then I’ll use it on some of my orders because I think it looks super cool The foil transfer toil uses unique pressure-activation rather than heat, there are heaps of different coloured foil sheets to choose from and you can choose from fine, medium and bold effects. A lot of thought went into creating this one, including consultation with a close friend who is a member of the LGBTIQ+ community, and we both did research and read articles on the topic to make sure I included all the appropriate representative colours. Every June, Pride Month celebrates the diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex community. I wanted to create a fun, bright candy box to help celebrate!
