08.01.2022 "Gratitude" can be such a cliche word, can't it? Like, just be positive and grateful and everything will be ok! But sometimes, when we are so caught up in our lives, or our feelings, we are to 'in' the situation to have the clarity to see things clearly.... This weekend's ANZAC Day gave us the opportunity to take a pause from our daily lives and reflect on the supreme sacrifice that others have made so that we can live the lives we lead here in Australia & across the ditch in New Zealand. On this day, or even for just the length of the ceremony or the one minute of silence, we can really drop into that place of heartfelt gratitude. It's from this space we can see how lucky we really are. How much good there really is in our lives. How much we have to be thankful for. Sometimes, it just takes a bit of perspective for us to be able step back and see it
