16.01.2022 Salsa verde has been my go to sauce since my days at Morans Restaurant. Quite simply it goes with anything and everything. My recipe is mint, parsley, basil blended with hard boiled egg, cornichons, capers, garlic, sea salt, white pepper, vege oil and lots of lemon juice. Has a great shelf life and it can be easily adjusted to give a different taste by adding some anchovies or some grated Parmesan.
