25.01.2022 I always knew art aprons were runway worthy! Dolce & Gabbana Mens Fall Winter 2020/21 Fashion Show. I have been waiting 20 years to rock around in public with my apron on!

25.01.2022 The kids are so excited to be back at art classes! Here are some recent works... Margaret Keanes (Big Eyes) inspired drawing, A Bordalo II inspired fox and 1-point perspective activity just for fun! We also had a crack at painting my photo from 1770 and the kids did an amazing job! Thank you to all my students and parents for following the Covid guidelines stay safe everyone.

We are offering 2 courses for Term 2, a Drawing Fundamentals and a Mixed Media Course (similar curriculum to our in studio classes). Students will watch a youtube demo each week then join our zoom meetings for an interactive session to complete their artwork. 16.01.2022 Meet Lucy! She is 9 years old and I have been mentoring her for 4 years. Now Lucy got some Bob Ross oil paints for Christmas and watched one of his tutorials and this is what she painted! Can you believe that? I love Bob Ross, he has some great methods and techniques and a soothing teaching style. Even so, this girl has some serious talent Go Lucy!

16.01.2022 What a night! I am still on cloud nine with over 100 people in attendance, standing room only. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the students and their families that came to support our students.

15.01.2022 Our end of year student exhibition is 2 weeks away! Aimy is one of my high school students who has been coming to classes for several years. She always put 100% effort in to all her projects and the results speak for themselves cant wait to see this one hanging in the gallery on opening night!

CJ Hendry - Im a huge fan CJ Hendry is a hyperrealism Australian artist (aka the sharpie artist) who moved to New York in 2015 when she hit the big time (as you do). 12.01.2022 COVID 19 Update.... If your child has any symptoms, please do not send them to class. A reminder to parents to wait outside the studio on drop off and pick up and for children to wash hands on arrival and exit of classes. Miss Tammy was not at the Hyperdome last Wednesday (most of you know I avoid shopping in person) but if you were please check the list of shops and times and follow the health advice. Stay safe everyone and we will continue to run our classes week by week for as long it is safe to do so :) I am so hoping we get to paint some shoes together in Term 4! 07.01.2022 Online classes! Well I had my reservations, but they are a hit! Thank to the amazing parents that have set up awesome learning spaces for their budding artists to create at home I know 1 thing that hasnt changed with our move to an online platform! And that is...our wonderful students still have a passion to create and express themselves and my commitment to support their learning through encouragement and enthusiasm hasnt wavered. Its my birthday today and the support my students (and their wonderful families) have shown is the best present ever! Love Miss Tammy

02.01.2022 And thats a wrap! This week we created soft pastel birds in class on dark tone pastel paper! We used conte crayons for our outlines and then I let the kids raid my Rembrandt and Schmincke pastels!
