24.01.2022 Fantastic to see Stampe (Whittington x Envelope) win the QTIS Entires & Geldings Class 6 Handicap over 1400m at Eagle Farm during the Brisbane Racing Club summer carnival today. Congratulations to Munce Racing, Justin Huxtable & connections. That was Stampe’s 6th win after just missing ballot exemption into the Group 1 Stadbroke last start with a close 2nd. Today's win also brings up sire Whittington’s 23rd win this season and adds another city win to his resume.

21.01.2022 Great to see great people breeding great foals It’s easy to see why he has been so popular this year Here is a beautiful Under The Louvre foal from Bar Stories owned and bred by Murray and Diane Reck We think she’s pretty cute

21.01.2022 Exciting day for Grandview Stud as first season stallion Under The Louvre had his first starter. The milestone horse was filly The Love Of Mary (from Miss Mariah) for trainer John Zielke in the QTIS 2YO Maiden Handicap over 1200m at Gold Coast Turf Club. And she didn't disappoint Whilst a little green in the straight, The Love Of Mary placed 2nd behind a colt with race experience already. The trainer said she will improve immensely off that run while jockey Matthew Palmer believes she will be city class. It was a super effort from the debutant and the talk around the tracks suggest there will be plenty more Under The Louvre 2yos like her. The sire is standing this season for $4,400 (including GST) with still time to breed to him.

14.01.2022 Son of Whittington, 3yo gelding Waterway (ex Potomac) made it 2 wins from 3 starts with an impressive finish in the QTIS 3YO Handicap over 1200m at Townsville Turf Club this afternoon. Jockey Stephen Wilson gave the Roy Chillemi trained youngster a nice steer to emerge from the pack in the straight and unleash a powerful finish. The win of Waterway brings up the 15th win for sire Whittington this season.

12.01.2022 Congratulations to Magic Millions on delivering this year’s 2YOs In Training Sale in such a challenging period. There were no international, Victorian & Sydney buyers on-site which made it difficult but we applaud the tireless efforts of the Magic Millions team & vendors to market the sale remotely into these regions. Our clearance rate was close to the sale average and we thank our buyers who picked up some tremendous value 2yos. Our 4 highest selling lots were purchased by the Macau Jockey Club & Queensland trainer Jack Duncan. We look forward to seeing this first crop 2yo by Under The Louvre from Call Me Paris hit the track here in Queensland soon with Jack Duncan.
