25.01.2022 As the 2019 comes to a close I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the players, parents, coaches, administrators and everyone else I am fortunate enough to have been involved with for a fantastic year. To @pelicangolfclub and @golfaust @golfaustraliaqld @pgaofaustralia a big thank you, I am extremely grateful to be involved with such wonderful organisation. To @mattdowling1 @andrew_herwynen @titleist_anz I can’t thank you enough for your friendship and continued ...support in being involved with the Number 1 brand in golf. Last but definitely not least to my amazing wife @jenzee.15 and kids Cooper and Ziara, you guys are my everything, thank you for all the love and support. A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone, I hope you all have some time with loved one and I look forward to a big 2020.

19.01.2022 Massive congratulations to @louisdobz on winning his 2nd @golfaustraliaqld Mens Amateur Title. It was a high quality final against @jacktanner.23 that saw Louis make 4 Birdies & 2 Eagles to win 3&1. Was fantastic to watch both players put on such a fantastic contest.... @golfaust @qld_academy_of_sport @titleist_anz

17.01.2022 Super pumped to see @luke_parker29 take out this years Queensland @pgaofaustralia Trainee Championships. Luke has worked so hard this year and thoroughly deserved this victory. @titleist_anz

17.01.2022 So stoked to see @sarahhwwilson qualify for this years Queensland Open and become the 2nd ever Female in the 95 year to do so. Equally pumped for @blaikeperkins and @nsg_.tk03 who both at 16 years old will be the 2 youngest players in the Field. A massive congratulations to a good mate of mine Ritchie Smith who won the award and his student @hannahgreengolf who took out the Greg Norman Medal. @ RACV Royal Pines Resort

09.01.2022 Somebody had their first Hole out Eagle. 15th Hole @pelicangolfclub - 160m 3 Wood. One very happy boy.

09.01.2022 After a challenging day at golf yesterday for Coopy I had a discussion with him about his expectations. Only 5 months ago he had just started playing 9 hole junior competitions and now he is playing 18 holes of the blue tees @pelicangolfclub and doesn’t understand how big a jump that is. So it though it was important to show him just how far he has come. These 2 videos are taken exactly 1 year apart from when he first started to want to play. I think it’s important in golf as in life to some times look back and see just how far you have come.

07.01.2022 As a coach I couldn’t be more proud of @cameronsmithgolf effort this week in winning the @sonyopenhawaii Fighting back from starting the week and being +4 through 2 holes in round 1, to holing the clutch putt to make the playoff then to get the job done in extra time. Cam showed what a true champion he is today - great work mate.

03.01.2022 Over the past 20+ years I have given 10’s of thousands of lessons but today I had one of the most enjoyable lessons I have ever had with 88 Year Old Jimmy - he has had heart issues and is having an operation in July, 2 new steel knees, fused vertebrae plus numerous other ailments but he just wanted to get back to playing golf. It made my day when he told me he was so excited to have his lesson with me today that he couldn’t sleep last night. It’s just shows why golf is such a...n amazing game and how important the game is to peoples lives. #howgoodisgolf @pelicangolfclub
