12.01.2022 Spent the week in the Northern Rivers near Kyogle building a shed and installing a covered work area supplied by Thompson Longhorn. This includes a manual 270 degree circular crowding yard, sheeted curved race with loadout to ramp a single loading ramp and a three way draft.

09.01.2022 My Crew and I just completed this new set of Thompson Longhorn cattle yards at Mintaro in South Australia, for 'Hale River Agriculture'. It was a pleasure to work with Ben and the team to complete this project. These yards are laid out in a Circular patern to allow cattle to flow. Yards feed into a curved sheeted bugle with raised walkway for operator safery. The work area consists of a 360 degree manual Crowd, cuved vee race , Pneumatic Monarch Restrainer and 4 way draft, ...also calf race and tipping cradle, all undercover and on raised concrete pad. For load out and delivery there is a single loading ramp with a full width dump ramp attached. These yards are also connected by a lane to 3 adjoining feed yards. The entire set up allows for operator safety, low stress cattle handling and increased productivity. See more
