21.01.2022 We were asked to look at this gas oven that was cutting out last week. The fault turned out to be a faulty main solenoid coil. (The square brown things in the pic) The oven manufacturers parts supplier advised they were only used for a very short period and are no longer available, so you may need to replace the oven. Luckily I recognised it as the same coil used in old Vulcan gas wall furnaces, and after a few phone calls was able to get a new replacement from another sup...plier. Problem solved!
