14.01.2022 A fresh little savory muffin Spinach Parmesan and Marrook fetta Courtesy of Grantys Recipe as follows ... Lightly boil your spinach and chop it roughly One bowl Beat 6 eggs Add 1 cup of Norco cream 2 tablespoons of melted butter One cup of cheese 80 gms of crumbled fetta 1/4 cup Parmesan 2 chopped spring onions Combine Add the cooked spinach One cup of SR flour Mix well Salt and pepper to season Place in a 12 muffin tray On top sprinkle Parmesan and grated cheese Baked in a 170 (FF) or 190 degree oven For approx 20-30 mins Enjoy See you in store for the ingredients
