09.01.2022 Today, our gratitude card and $20 goes to this lovely gentleman at our local phone store. . We went in to upgrade phones, even though there is 2 months left on the contract. We were just about to pay a breaking fee of $106. Just before we went ahead, this young man went out of his way to let us know that if we wait 4 days he could reduce it to $18. He chose to help us save money over getting the sale. Top customer service!!!
