25.01.2022 Who loves vegies? We do... in a stew, with Gravox Finishing Sauce! Try this delicious Vege Stew at home: Ingredients: - Lentils (any kind and as many as you'd like) - 4 peeled and chopped potatoes... - 3 chopped carrots - 1/2 red onion - 1 chopped leek - 1 sachet of Gravox Mushroom & Garlic Finishing Sauce - 5 mushrooms, chopped - Sliced spring onion for garnish 1. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms in an oven safe dish with a sachet of Gravox Mushroom & Garlic Finishing Sauce and 2 cups water. 2. Heat in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours or in a saucepan on the stove for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 3. In the final 10 mins, add chopped mushrooms to the mix. Serve with sliced spring onion. How do you like your stew?
