20.01.2022 The weekly Gazette (Southern Tas) and possibly The Mercury will soon be running a story on the joy of fungi using my pics. This image is a very tight shot of a "baby" Mycena interrupta (about 3mm tall). The same fungus that starred in a previous post "Mother and Son".

20.01.2022 I photographed this beautiful wild Eastern Quoll late one evening a couple of years ago. Sadly, the little fella died a number of weeks later as a result of a leg injury that became infected : ( Camera and lens were pushed close to their limits as it was quite dark: ISO 25,600 1/25sec @ f/2.8 (400mm lens).

19.01.2022 An asset of the alpine region of Mt Field NP are the small ponds surrounded by cushion plant. Nature's manicured gardens surrounded by glaciated valleys and peaks. Join us on our 6 Day Photo Adventure to experience this and much much more.

10.01.2022 Had a ball on this shoot for Jane and Ashley at Two Metre Tall brewery. I think I'm growing addicted to their incredible barrel-aged, spontaneous fermented ales. Not a bad thing, considering these natural ales are good for you! Pop in to Farm Bar on your next visit to the beautiful Derwent Valley Tasmania.
