25.01.2022 For some deeply instinctive reason, dogs love rolling in smelly stuff, the smellier the better ! Not sure what the smelly stuff in the daycare is after all the recent rain, but Willow, Theo & Rosie's desire to scent roll is irresistible ! And who am i to be a big ogre and stop them, they are having so much fun - but i will do my best as always to send them home fresh as a daisy

25.01.2022 Did you know that your pooch has an artistic side? Last Friday the afternoon crew (with a little help from Katherine and some cream cheese) created this beautiful blue masterpiece that will be sure to grace the walls of the new daycare office later this year ! The dog pawcassos were : FRANKIE TOBY NIKE ... HAVE A GREAT EASTER LONG WEEKEND EVERY PAWTY ! and make sure to keep those chocolate treats away from your precious pooch ! We will be breaking for 4 days, back on Tuesday 6th April. See you then !

16.01.2022 Attention! Parents and dog owners with family and friends who have young children . I do not care how well trained, how sweet, gentle and well socialised your ...dog is. NEVER. EVER. Allow a child - even your own - to climb all over your dog. A dog owned by a child's family, relative or close friends - are responsible for 84 per cent of dog bites. 84% We NEED to keep our children safe. We NEED to advocate for our dogs We NEED to teach kids from a young age, not to climb all over a dog. A dog is not a ‘horse’ for your child to ride A dog is not a play thing for your child And your child should not, under ANY circumstances, invade your dogs space, especially not when they’re eating or sleeping. I don’t care if you think you’re dog isn’t capable of lashing out. THEY ARE I don’t care if you think your child has enough ‘experience’ with dogs not to push them too far. THEY DON’T As a society, we need to do better. As owners we need to do better As parents we need to do better. Check out this article from 2018. Your dog is not the exception. Neither is your child.
