21.01.2022 I was so privileged to share a steamy summer afternoon with these beautiful creatures on Sunday, at the beginning of the end the year 2020. We met to marked the long days and expansive energy of the Summer Solstice and farewell what was needed to be farewelled. How beautiful to be together in the bush after not being together for so long. To share in ritual and to embrace our inner light, as we step into the next chapter. Thank you to all those who came and shared. And thank you to the wonderful Eva Vani for co-facilitating. How are you embracing your inner light this Summer Solstice?

14.01.2022 For those who attended the Summer Solstice ritual at the end of the year, we've just donated half the profits to Firesticks Alliance. Thanks for your support and looking forward to connecting again in 2021. I hope your energy and life has been blooming since we last met.

14.01.2022 What stories will we tell ourselves over the next five days? Of sparkling nature in our parks? Of family, and slowness... There is sun this time, energy. What does this stop do for you, your pulls towards goals and passions? Does it create space for them or is there frustration at the divergence? What strength can we find in descent into our inner worlds? What blossoming can come from going through the darkness? In solidarity x

12.01.2022 I sat down this afternoon, after the news of the U.S election results and wrote something. It got a little long so I've made it a blog post. Have a read if you're interested. I hope it speaks to you. "But we can have hope in this moment of time. That there is a slow turning towards action. That there is a waking up, a facing of 100 years of selfish expansion on a finite planet. The action is frustratingly slow, and each passing minute that we are not bold will be paid for wit...h the lives of those who least contributed to the mess, both human and non-human. But there is a turning... and we can carry the seed for the future of the culture the Earth needs." Read my first ever blog post here... https://greenheartecotherapy.wordpress.com/blog/

06.01.2022 Hi all, I hope you've been enjoying the expansiveness of summer, despite the uncertainty and upheaval we continue to live through. I've been enjoying connecting with loved ones and spending time in nature and so appreciative that we are able to again. I started Green Heart in part in response to the pandemic, and the power I know that comes from tuning into nature and her cycles. I did not plan for my events to become markers of the solstices and equinoxes in the way they hav...e, but here we are coming towards the Autumn Equinox and yet again I am drawn to offer something to you all. Autumn is a time of harvest, and energetically this harvest can be seen as that which we put in motion back at the Winter Solstice, the point where we plant our seeds into the dark rich earth. What have you been cultivating? What has come to fruition despite or because of the Great Reset of the pandemic? Let's take a moment to notice and celebrate the small and (maybe) larger things that we've stepped towards in our lives. Even if it's stepping away from things that aren't working, or even the feelings of frustration that precipitate positive change - all these things are breadcrumbs towards passion. And they are worth marking and celebrating together before the nights get longer and the days cooler and we turn inwards again, towards the new season of seed planting and the new chapters to come. It's time to harvest our wild passion.

04.01.2022 I am so excited to be back, able to offer an in-person event for the Summer Solstice. I hope this event appeals to some and please reach out if cost is an issue. I am lucky enough to be running this event with the beautiful Eva Vani Kaufman, who is a mental health social worker, art therapist and experienced group facilitator. I look forward to seeing some of you in the flesh to mark the end of a turbulent year and embrace the light, together!
