15.01.2022 PROGRESS | how's this for some skin-spiration? We are treating client's ATROPHIC SCARS from severe acne back from her teenage years. Her skin couldn't regenerate new tissues and therefore was left with imbalanced scarring. We achieved this after some enzyme therapy, home prescriptives and only after ONE Alkaline Skin Resurfacing treatment! Alkaline treatment was used to dissolve damaged layers and to even out the surface of the skin. We will be incorporating advanced scar needling techniques to further trigger the skin to regenerate and increase collagen production - which will help with the indentation of the skin. Treating atrophic scars is no quick fix but consistency and patience is key! #skinbygreenleaf

13.01.2022 Why do we need Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)? These are polyunsaturated fats that our bodies need but cannot produce. So what do we need to do? We need to consume them through food or supplements ! Fish is the primary source of omega-3, but we simply don't eat enough fish on a regular basis, but also some people are avoiding fish due to growing concerns about environmental toxins in fish like mercury.
