25.01.2022 Some people might think having bags in a natural colour is crazy as they will get dirty. At the time I created my bags I just wanted them to look, in hindsight Im glad I didnt add colour as its would just be a waste of money and resources and putting more chemicals into the environment that arent necessary. So the following pictures are of my dirty #greenbagbag before and after a wash in the washing machine. I just use a gentle wash, and as the inside is not lined I just cut away any stray threads. What a great post we all participated in to share our business pages. ###### for all the new likers ##### So youve liked the page but maybe you have no idea what Im selling. Well its simple really, I designed and bag to carry around all your Reusable shopping bag. Now when I first designed to now things have slightly changed so it not only carries reusable shopping bags but people are carrying the 15 cent plastic bags and myself and... other friends are using the front pocket to carry reusable Produce Bags for our fruit and Vegetables. So their are 2 sizes Small ($10) is and Large ($15) and the best way to book orders is really through my website as you can chose to pickup your bags or even pay cash /eft but it helps me to keep track. Life is funny how it changes so its exciting to again be moving forward in my life and experiencing new things.

20.01.2022 Wow how amazing are these!!! So my children go to Sturt Public School and they are leading the charge on the #waronwaste. I grab two packs of these Beeswax Wraps from the recent drive after getting the purple one free and loving it. I cant wait to use the rest of them. ... Like I said on my live Sunday its funny how quickly things come into your life and change the way you do things. 3 months ago I never heard of them and now Im loving the concept and Ive been using one daily. Might even try to source some to sell myself.

18.01.2022 I know Ive been quiet on the business front but just taking some time to sort some other things out before I can get back to my dream of getting my bags biz fully going. BUT I wanted to share a little realization I just had. This year I want to reduce the plastic in my families life. There are days I am conscious of the decisions I make to achieve this but today I realized I just made one unconsciously!! Thanks to my girl from #kute&nifty who gave me the idea. Tonight I made... little planes to give as party favors for my youngest sons birthday. Here I stood with all these cute handmade planes and it dawned on me that my first decision to reduce the plastic had help draw me to other great decisions like making planes from wood pegs!!! Now tomorrows party is not totally #plasticfree #ecofriendly but there are certainly a lot more elements this year that are. So the moral of the story is just consciously make a decision to do better for the world and then even if your not the greatest at it hopefully you subconscious will help you along the way. #greenonthegobags #waggawagga #zerowaste See more

14.01.2022 Lifes been a little crazy and I havent posted but yesterday I found myself without enough produce bags! So I just made that choice to not get the plastics. I know i could have told myself its just 3-4 freezer bags and I could reuse them for something but then I had a discussion with myself that it wasnt worth it and to just put them in the trolley. I want to say thanks to all the fellow insta people I follow that have inspired me to make that better choice even when its the harder choice. Was it a pain? Wow Sunday again and I thought Id spare you all from seeing my beautiful face, but wanted to share some amazing feedback. One new friend Mel sent these awesome pics of how she keeps her bags even more organised and out of the way. She hang the handles over the back of the headrest. Then another return customer told me this week she is using the large to store her pillow for c...amping! I honestly have to pinch myself that my little product is really up and going again. I just wanted to take a moment to deeply thank all my customers, friends, family and followers for all the support and positive feedback for this year!!! Its been a huge year with lots of extreme lows and extreme highs but thats life and Im just so eternally grateful to be happy and healthy and to have my little Bags business back out of storage and out and proud finally. 07.01.2022 Its probably been around 7yrs since my last Market and despite the fact i clearly wasnt ready, ( as you can see from the pic) it was a really really successful day. I had a great day selling both Green Bag-Bags and the produce bags. Customers responded very warm and positively to my little invention and my sales were fantastic. Im sure the order came from the love she shared for my Bags so Im deeply thankful for her share. . So this year I want to really focus on changing more habits in my family and sourcing more #plasticfree products. I pick up some Bamboo toothbrushes but they arent the best quality so Ill use them as token gift to inspire others about swapping out simple things like toot...hbrushes.
