24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We are Back!!! Classes will start tomorrow as per the normal timetable. Just a few things: - Please do not turn up to class too early to assist in social distancing (1.5m) - Temperature checks are mandatory at the front desk... - You must sanitise your hands before class - Shoes are not to be worn on the matts and must be stored in the racks (Boxers must sanitise their shoes before training) - Masks must be worn inside the gym but not during class. Once class has finished please put them back on straight away - In an effort to keep numbers manageable please attend the class you are meant to be in e.g 'Beginners' & 'Advanced' etc. - If you are unwell or have any Covid Symptoms please do not attend training. Thanks and we look forward to welcoming everyone back!
