25.01.2022 Finally approaching the end of freshening up this huge Main Ridge property. It has been a massive undertaking, but we have enjoyed every minute of working in these beautiful gardens, as we do every time we work here. We only hope our clients get as much joy from their property as we do. I cant wait to return after summer to see how everything has grown

13.01.2022 Meet Joseph from Kenya I have always seen our community struggling to have enough food. As I grew older, I kept looking for a solution to solve the food pr...oblem and eventually I started with a small garden to grow some of our own food. After completing my permaculture training in Uganda, I came back to our community in Nyathuon Gweno village to teach permaculture design work and techniques through farming. Main purpose of this project is to provide a space for people to work and prosper together. The community is engaged in growing and sharing their own food. We share seeds with the neighbouring communities from 10 villages and also share ideas and teach others the skills to do sustainable farming. The food is shared with those who cannot afford it. We hold ourselves to a high standard therefore setting a good example. 08.01.2022 "Over time, 25,000 or so species (we still don’t know exactly how many) of bee have evolved globally to play Cupid to specific flowering plants and trees: their short life cycle perfectly synchronised with the blooming of the flowers." https://www.theguardian.com//bees-flowers-danger-pollinate

07.01.2022 If you listen closely, you can hear the garden singing in the rain. It's extremely therapeutic, working in such a beautiful space, to the point where I sometimes wonder if I'm even working at all #horticulture #bayside #garden @ The Intl of Brighton

03.01.2022 Now that the winter equinox has passed, the night length is beginning to shorten, meaning its a great time to start a small garden project for spring fruit and berries. In late spring, your efforts will be rewarded with a bounty of sweet fruit. Nothing quite beats home grown treats
