20.01.2022 When Chris from Burger Exchange in Black Rock told me about his Uncle George's amazing Christmas light display I just had to see for myself. Pop on down to 997 Toorak Road, Camberwell, see them for yourself, meet George and tell him Greg sent you - you'll be glad you did

18.01.2022 The RBA today has announced the Official Cash Rate remains on hold at 0.75%. As expected, the Cash Rate was left on hold, particularly with house prices rebounding in the back end of the year. We have had three rate cuts since June, and interest rates are already at an all-time low. This was the final cash rate decision of the year.... The next RBA board meeting will be held on the first Tuesday in February, 2020 and we look forward to seeing what happens then.

17.01.2022 It's Christmas Eve, hopefully you are spending it with those dearest to you. Merry Christmas

07.01.2022 Another outstanding day in Bayside real estate. Strong demand and relatively few offerings to choose from mean those wanting to secure a property before Christmas have to work hard for it

06.01.2022 2019 is nearly over. It has been a huge year for us at McGrath Sandringham. If you haven't been following alone, here's a little of what you've missed.

06.01.2022 Thinking of our burning Victoria and the wonderful firies all out there helping. Don't forget - tomorrow is a TOTAL FIRE BAN day. It'll be darn hot out there, ...so make sure you are fully hydrated and keep an eye out for your elderly neighbours to make sure they are too. Let's watch out for each other. See more
