23.01.2022 First year Bantam Black Cock Bird. His dad was bred down from a large, grandmother was a Clive Claus hen who layed very small bantam size eggs) and he is a good bantam size. Type is good but his wing carriage isnt great. He is still coming out of his moult.
23.01.2022 Rosecomb Orpingtons I penned up for breeding season last week. Once I get a few chicks out of this male Ill swap to a male with a bit more leg. This boy is to good not to use, he filled every egg in my Spangled project last year, hopefully he can do the same this year not bad for a 5 year old Cock Bird.

13.01.2022 Some happy snaps of the Bantam Orpingtons today!!
13.01.2022 Due to the continual increase in grain prices we will no longer be holding birds any longer then 2 weeks if so we will be charging a fee to feed them. There are quite a few carriers that transport poultry over QUEENSLAND, NSW, VICTORIA and SOUTH AUSTRALIA at different times of the month. Everyone is finding it tough with the drought and to have birds sitting here for months waiting for people to either pay them off or organizing transport when clearly there is more then one transport company. If you have missed the run you want them on try another carrier.
