It’s a lot of fun, everyone has varying capability, different strengths and weaknesses but everyone walks away from each session having been challenged. The variety in routines keeps it interesting and you never know what’s coming. . . What is your favourite time of the day to train? First thing in the morning before I have a chance to get distracted. . . What is one of your current exercise related goals? 5km run in 20minutes. . . Just give it a go, I have always found consistently and routine works for me, even when you don’t feel like it, turning up and doing your best can be motivating in itself. . .
