It works by using a series of techniques & activating specific points on the face to free the constrictions/tension held within the facial muscles & surrounding connective tissue.... You can normally notice a difference after just 1 treatment (so it's perfect for those special occasions!) however as the effects are cumulative it works best over a course of 6 treatments NOW AVAILABLE

14.01.2022 HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE! Don't forget your 1st reflexology treatment with me is only $50!!!! ...and in the meantime here is Fun Foot Fact #1... During the day our feet will swell somewhere between 5%-8% from when we get up in the morning, until when we kick our feet up at night. This means that our shoes size may change between 1/2 and 1 full size. A good rule of thumb is to shop for shoes starting mid afternoon when our feet are well into the day.
