24.01.2022 Hello wonderful EP Yogi's!! I has been a long time since posting something on here! I just wanted to share a project I am working on that this page will soon dissolve into - The Freedom Hypothesis. I have realised that Freedom is what I embody best and it is time to share it. I have been working on creating an online platform for some time and it is finally coming into fruition - largely supported by my brother youngest Scott. The Freedom Hypothesis is a platform I have cre...ated to share my thoughts, revelations and learnings on what I believe is the basis to freedom - Freedom Through Feeling. So on here I will share Travel adventures, Yoga, creative pursuits and many things I do which make me happy and feel free. Also, I am finally on Instagram @thefreedomhypothesis, would love to see you on there! Finally, Scott created me a website which I will endeavour to keep a regular blog, this is still a work in progress so I will post this soon. We also created a Podcast Channel called 'Freedom Through Yoga'. Several Yoga podcasts have been posted on there so I would love to hear your thoughts if you get a chance to do a sequence. 22.01.2022 Come along to a Yoga Class this Sunday for a fundraiser for my beloved Auntie Sue Bishop. All the proceeds go to the Breast Cancer Council as Sue goes to raise awareness on the Great Wall of China in September!

15.01.2022 Yoga is continuing in Cleve from the first week of Term 1 with Paula from Haven Yoga and Wellness, South Australia in Lock! Please let her know if you're interested. 11.01.2022 Port Lincoln/EP Yogis! I'm home for a few weeks and filling in for some classes at the PLSY. I'm teaching Friday 9/12 @ 6:15am, Saturday 10/12 @ 8am and Sunday 11/12 @ 10am. I would love to see your shining faces on (or off!) the yoga mat! Love and peace!

10.01.2022 A moment of nostalgia for the yoga class I taught for my beloved Auntie Sue Bishop at the beginning of her fundraising campaign for the Breast Cancer Council nearly 2 months ago. Thanks to our wonderful community her fundraising endeavours have been a roaring success since and she has nearly reached her target! I feel honoured to have been a part of her fundraising journey. Keep up the inspiring work Suzi!
