22.01.2022 Thanks for another great evening of talent and comradery. Ground Swell is moving forward nicely, making itself into a regular go-to event on the coast. In the spirit of why we started the night, I'd like it if we could see a bit more diversity in the type of performances that are featured... SO if you or any one that you know might be interested in Doing live visual art, Theater, juggling, dancing or anything else that can be performed in a social setting PLEASE message me here and we'll make sure that everything that you/they might need is available on the night. And yes!.. That does mean that singers can try their hand at poetry or poets can give juggling a try and so on. Lets keep it going and lets keep it growing. Thanks again!
22.01.2022 WoW! Last night saw the most support that we've experienced thus far. We heard Spoken word poetry, Opera, Song writers, hip hop and other forms of expressive performance. The audience was warm. supportive and having a great time. Lots of smiles and good will all around. Thanks to all who made it down for the festivities. I do want to remind every one that Groundswell IS NOT limited to just music and poetry. All manner of performance is welcome and encouraged. So if any of you or some one you know wants to juggle, contort, dance, paint, draw or even have a hair and fashion parade.. please let us know by emailing this page. Thanks again! Stay Creative!

I'll be doing it and doing and doing it well from 8:00 pm til midnight, so if you like fun than you'll like what Pushing Buttonz has in store for you. Cha!

08.01.2022 It's been a great few months. We've helped to strengthen and the already solid creative community here on the Coast, but it's time to bid a fond farewell to Groundswell and Swingin' Safari. That's right, This Thursday is going to be the final installment of Groundswell. Make it a point to come along and spend an evening in the glow of other creative people and fans of the creative spirit of the Gold Coast.

06.01.2022 Groundswell will NOT be taking place this Thursday evening after all. Neil though that he had found a new Home for Groundswell, but things fell through with the new Venue. so Unfortunately We have to pull the pin on things.... for now. I want to make sure that WHEN, not if, but When we relaunch that we do it well. SOrry for the false alarm folks. Keep watching this space.

05.01.2022 We had a very diverse, high energy and entertaining night. There were some truly inspiring and terrific performances. Thanks to all who took part and showed respect and a welcoming spirit to all the performers. It's all about the community and YOU are the community. Let's keep on supporting each other. 02.01.2022 This past month has greatly exceeded expectations of how much support Groundswell might get. Thank you all soooo much for that. We've had some of the best performances that you can find, along with plenty of new friendships and artistic collaborations taking shape.... It would be great to Have MORE people step up and do some performances for the community that has already started to grow. So Please message me and I'll book you in for this week.
