24.01.2022 Tannery Place Estate in Strathfieldsaye is looking a lot greener now and not just because of Fridays rainfall. Undeterred by the weather forecast, our crew were out amongst it to get the turf down to meet project deadline for another satisfied client. Before, during and after photos below.....

24.01.2022 It's greening up in Echuca. 3,800m2 of turf went down today. Only 12,000m2 to go! Our landscape crew are still smiling after day 1 of turf laying. Looking forward to seeing Friday's photo fellas!

23.01.2022 Unless youre away on a tropical holiday somewhere, youll know how cold and wet it has been lately. So spare a thought for our landscapers working in Sturt Street Kyneton. Their heritage bluestone gutter construction project was completed in testing conditions to say the least! Project started and completed on time, on budget and in the mud!

21.01.2022 We really enjoy delivering a variety of projects for our clients needs, and as you can see here, some are quite unique. Some skills held by our staff were not necessarily learned during an apprenticeship, so knot tying techniques learned in scout groups and fishing camps can certainly come in handy when tying a few poles together for a teepee in a playground. Heres a fish that wont be getting away!

21.01.2022 Never mind the Scarlet Pimpernel, our concrete crew has been keeping busy moving around the city on various projects. This week you may have seen them in Reservoir Road, Mitchell Street, Kinross Street, McIvor Road, further work at Kinross Street, or today theyre in Curtin Street, Flora Hill. Next week theyre back at Powells Ave/McIvor Road. All in a weeks work to keep several projects moving for our clients.... Oh, and if you need a refresher on your post French Revolution English literature, the famous lines from the classic novel by Baroness Emma Orczy read: "They seek him here, they seek him there, those Frenchies seek him everywhere. Is he in heaven or is he in hell? That damned elusive Pimpernel."

16.01.2022 The Kennington Preschool path project is now complete. The real test will come next week when kinder returns. We hope the children enjoy it as much as weve enjoyed working on it for them!

14.01.2022 Our concrete work for a new roundabout at St. Aidans Rd and Glencoe St in Kennington is nearing completion. Scope of work over recent weeks has included nearby traffic islands and stencilled in-fills, as well as kerb, paths and of course the roundabout construction.

12.01.2022 Belated birthday wishes to Nigel. Whilst we were all out seeing in the New Year, his birthday on 1 January snuck by quietly. Sorry mate, but "happy birthday plus a month day" anyway!

11.01.2022 Carpenter Street footpath works were completed today and the path is already being put to the test. Local resident Ken Schaefer is thrilled with the end result, which is really pleasing for us at Groundswell and the true reason of why we do what we do. We recognise that a new footpath means so much to so many, and in Kens case it means an easier safer and faster trip into the CBD. Access and inclusion for every means of transport. Thanks for the feedback Ken - glad we can help!

10.01.2022 Groundswells concrete paths crew went back to kinder this week. We brought along our own toys to construct a new circuit path at the Kennington preschool. A training track for budding young formula one racers in the making perhaps?

09.01.2022 Turf went down at the Top Paddock entrance today, as stage 1 works near completion. Brad loves his turf, but how good does the fence by Tom and Harry look too?!

09.01.2022 Another Groundswell project in full swing is the shared pedestrian-cycle path along the Havlin Street creek. Works are currently taking place between Mundy Street and McIvor Road, where the new path will provide a safer off-street commute or recreational route for residents.

09.01.2022 Parkview Echuca continues to take shape. Gabion walls are being stacked for installation, extensive planting is under way and the site has been prepared for 16,000m2 of turf to be put in position next week. A couple of other features will be arriving soon......stay tuned for the next instalment, as we bring this project closer to completion.

08.01.2022 Stage 2 of the Heathcote Play Space is nearing completion. A theme of fruity overtones with a distinct after pallet from strong woody tannins. Will cellar well for ages 2-10 years. Currently corked for a few more weeks. Enjoy upon reopening.

05.01.2022 Our footpaths crew have graduated! After passing the preschool test with flying colours at Kennington last week, our crew started work today opposite St.Josephs Primary School in Quarry Hill. A new concrete path and heritage brick gutters in Breen Street will improve safety for the school community and local residents. We look forward to showing off the skills of our staff over coming weeks.

04.01.2022 The Groundswell team has arrived for day one of play, as widening works to Weeroona Oval Bendigo get underway. Captain Daniel Bolton has won the toss and elected to bat on what looks to be a productive week of cricket (he means work) ahead. A competent cricketer in our batting line up was heard to say that any short stuff on leg stump will still find its way over the longer square leg boundary for 6 once all work is complete.
