15.01.2022 Dear GR Professional Customers, As we are all aware, due to the ever evolving Corona Virus Pandemic, things are changing in the world of business, albeit hopefully, only for a short period of time! GRP have taken some steps to ensure that we are operating in line with the Governments recommendations, in a safe and acceptable manner throughout the crisis, with the hope that all our employees and contractors can carry on with their work routines and are able to continue to ser...vice our many customers safely and effectively. Due to the office density we currently have, we have taken the decision to mobilise all staff, all departments are operating, but are now working remotely. This in itself has some presented many challenges, but between us all, we are now able to continue with all of our obligations to our clients/customers, albeit not from our central office location, instead from home office/set up’s. For clients that are currently at the production or amendment process of their commercials, I can confirm that after this short delay whilst we moved the production to the designer’s new home offices, we will now be moving up a gear and getting back on track with all advert production over the next week or so, please be patient with this, as we do have some work to get through, but please be assured that we will be working as hard as we can to catch up with the schedule of production. For all customers whom currently have advertising features displayed at locations throughout the country, I can confirm that nothing will change with your current promotions. These are all managed by our sophisticated digital signage software, which is programmed and ran from a cloud-based system, and runs automatically without any human interaction or assistance to display your promotions day to day. We are aware that as the pandemic changes, like in other countries, our nation may go into total lockdown, and should this happen we would no doubt encounter service disruptions which are out of our control. In this instance, your advertising campaigns will be frozen at that point and put on hold until such time as the governments see fit to allow businesses to re-open and to trade as normal. Once again, our software will calculate any airtime that may have been lost, and will credit this back to all customers, thus not losing any airtime that may have been contracted by GRP and paid for by yourselves. We wish to advise all customers that as we navigate the many hurdles that we are facing, which seem to change almost daily, we always have you our customers best interest at heart, and we wish to continue to provide you with great production, innovative concepts and great customer service throughout.
