18.01.2022 So I thought I’d have a bit of a play today!!! Decided to do some pork belly burnt ends with some left over pork in the freezer. Hence the odd shapes Using our town bike and some kick in the butt for a bit of spice Smoked at 135c for 2 & a bit hrs then glazed with a char siu sauce that I pre made. ... Thanks to all that put in there suggestions steak on ya mate might be out sooner than expected So it’s got a delicious mix of Garlic, Onion, Salt, Pepper and a good mix of herbs. ... It’s quite a chunky mix, which should give a great texture and awesome crust to pair nicely with the steak of your choice Don’t forget to visit us a Rokeby market tomorrow (Saturday) 8:00 till 1:00.
