Hence the odd shapes Using our town bike and some kick in the butt for a bit of spice Smoked at 135c for 2 & a bit hrs then glazed with a char siu sauce that I pre made. ... Thanks to all that put in there suggestions steak on ya mate might be out sooner than expected So it’s got a delicious mix of Garlic, Onion, Salt, Pepper and a good mix of herbs. ... It’s quite a chunky mix, which should give a great texture and awesome crust to pair nicely with the steak of your choice Don’t forget to visit us a Rokeby market tomorrow (Saturday) 8:00 till 1:00.
