24.01.2022 A lovely email from Noodle’s owner. Noodle stayed three and a half weeks, and went home last Sunday. When Tim was away unexpectedly in May, Noodle stayed with... a local sitter who was our only option at short notice. They might have looked after Noodle well enough, but they didn't look after Mummy! I was reminded of how well you do your job of looking after Noodle AND her family. Your weekly 'postcards' are just the right amount of reassurance without intruding on the holiday feeling of letting go. Thanks so much, Leanne. Your great service is so appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation. She is totally trustworthy, highly efficient, very proactive, and really cares about what she does. 15.01.2022 Looking for Peace of Mind when you travel. Here is a new review from one of my Mosman clients: We have been using Leanne's services since 2017. Leanne looks after our property during our frequent overseas trips. We arranged with her weekly visits, emptying the mail box, watering plants, tidying up the outdoor spaces. She arranges visits of the gardener or cleaner, if required, and keeps an eye on anything else needing attention during our absence. Leanne also collects mail from the P.O. Box and keeps us up to date with a weekly email listing the senders' details. On our arrival home we find provisions in the fridge for a first meal after a long flight. Her friendly and professional personality, her reliability and attention to detail, make her a pleasure to know and easy to work with. Fantastic service! T&I, Balmoral

15.01.2022 Behind bars! Quarantined! Meet Rosie, & my normal vet check discovered she was unvaccinated! Could not contact the owner; but we do have a happy ending! Family member was found who has authorised me to have Rosie vaccinated ... Phew!

12.01.2022 Major water leak and quality new carpets ruined. Some furniture damage. Happy to respond over the weekend, and thankful the strata agent responded promptly yesterday, and the block’s builders visited today, to find source of leak. Hopefully remedial work starts tomorrow.
