19.01.2022 In memory of Shoghi Effendi, first Guardian of the Baha’i Faith, who worked so hard for 36 years to implement the building blocks of The World Order of Baha’u’l...lah, Who was betrayed exactly by those persons who were then elevated to the rank of the Hands of the Cause of God, in particular his widow, Ruhiyyah Khanum, after his soul ascended to the world above. Shoghi Effendi left this contingent world on November 4, 1957, exactly sixty one years ago. On this day his soul returned to his creator and joined with the People of Heavenly Court, [ ]. In one of his prayer, in Arabic, translated into English by Mr K Taimouri, say: . He is God! O Lord! Our Refuge! Remove our sorrow with the dawn of the sun of Your [thy] gracious promise, reduce our sadness by descending Your [thy] angels of plain victory, and give us the insight to see the signs of Your [thy] magnificent Cause. Lord! Bestow upon us much patience and open up before us the doors to Your [thy] favours and blessings; Grant us the sweet taste of happiness and elevate us to the station which You[thou] promised us in Your [thy] Tablets and Books. O our Lord! For how long should this inequity and rebellion continue to exist? Up to when should there be such outrage and hostility? Is there any protection besides You [Thou]? Nay, save Your [thy] holiness, the Most Compassionate. You [Thou] are the Shelter of those who are destitute and the hearer of the prayers of the oppressed people. Reach us! Reach us by Your [thy] Grace, O Lord, the All-Glorious; Disappoint not us in achieving our goals, O the Desire of the world and the Most Merciful! Servant at His Threshold. Shoghi When I was in Denver, Colorado, USA, in September, 2018, I received a copy of an open from Mrs Jean Miller. Mrs Jean Miller is daughter of late Mrs Virinda Morton of 1232 Macon Street, Aurora, Colorado, USA. Mrs V Morton is the author of the letter. It appears the letter was sent out after ascension of Shoghi Effendi, highly likely after the Proclamation of C M Remey claiming his rightful station of Second Guardian of the Faith. In the letter Mrs Morton quotes a section of a letter Ruhiyyih Khanum wrote to a person with the name of Marian Holly on November 20, 1941, 16 years prior to ascension of Shoghi Effendi. Ruhiyyih Khanum wrote: I wish the believers knew more about the Guardian. And I wish they were not so terribly personality-conscious that they compare the attitude a Baha’i should have towards him with hero worship. He is organic, he is law. They should tune in with him as a station from which divine guidance reaches them, not just as Shoghi Effendi, the Guardian of the Faith. Every now and then it come over me in a wave of realization that I do not offer all know anything about the Guardianship. A simile comes to my mind, poor as all simile are, that when we tune in to, we call a number. He plugs in the switch then we are connected with the power of God Himself, not the Guardian. It is so profound, so organic. Some of Baha’is know these things, but I wonder if all the believers do or if he is just the Guardian, the Head of the [Universal] House of Justice? And I believe that in the war torn, increasingly confused days to come the protection of the Baha’is lies in their deeper realization of such things as this. Would you say this sounded like the Ruhiyyih Khanum of today? Is it not the Guardianship of the Baha’i Faith just as vital today as it was in November 1941, when Ruhiyyih Khanum wrote this letter to Marian Holly? Next to the Guardian, the Hands of the Cause have held the highest offices in the Baha’i Faith. The history of the past religions shows that those ecclesiastical leaders holding the highest offices in those religions were the ones who interpolated, divide, and adulterated the Words of the Manifestation of God, and the majority of the people upheld them in this, so therefore they also will be held accountable before God. When a Manifestation of God announces Himself, only a few at first accept Him. The Baha’i Writings state that the Guardian (not the Hands) is the sign of God on earth, and that he is guided by the Bab and Baha’u’llah, and the guidance is to be unerring, so states ‘Abdu’l-Baha. Will it always be the few who will accept him, and will it always be the majority who will reject him? Is it because the people are asleep that they do not see the changes already made, or is it because they prefer a religion on human plane ( Hand-made) [refers to the Hands of the Faith] conforming to human standards, worldly ideals, just as did our ancestors in the past. We know the plans of our forefathers did not succeed in the establishment of GOD’S kingdom in earth. They failed miserably. The Kingdom can be built only on according to God’s plan, but still the egotists, and this constitutes the majority, are trying to cast God’s plan aside in favor of one of their own, so God, according to the prophesy will eliminate them, and with the few who are left He will build His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven, and from His own Blue-print. 15.01.2022 The following video is prepared by two young believers, in the continuation of the Guardianship in the Baha’i Faith, in response to a talk given by Mr Ali Nakhj...avani, a retired member of the so called universal house of justice. Mr Nakhjavani, in his talk, refers the believers to paragraph 42 of the Kitáb-i-Aghdas, where he argues that the line of succession of Guardianship is over. ‘Abdu’l-Baha wrote His Will and Testament after revelation of the Most Holy Book by Baha’u’llah. If we assume the argument put forward by the so called universal house of justice and Mr Nakhjavani is correct, this implies that ‘Abdu’l-Baha, the Centre of the Covenant was not aware of the contents of paragraph 42. ‘Abdu’l-Baha, clearly and without any doubt, confirms the continuation of the Guardianship in the course of the Baha’i Dispensation in His Will and Testament. The paragraph 42 of the Most Holy Book in which he refers to has nothing to do with the issue of succession of Guardianship in the Baha’i Faith. Before you see the responding video prepared by the two young believers, you are encouraged strongly to hear/see Mr Nakhjavani argument. The following link takes you to the site on YouTube where you can hear his talk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qpye4WjeoFI The talk by Mr Ali Nakhjavani was recorded in 2006, in New Zealand and published on YouTube on September 15, 2008.

12.01.2022 The Second Guardian of the Baha'i Faith C M Remey, in condemnation of the plan initiated by the ex-Hands of the Faith, for formation of the so called universal ...house of justice in 1963, contrary to the provision of the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Bahia, states: "THE WILL AND TESTAMENT MUST STAND How dare the Hands of the Faith presume to violate the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha? Do away with the Administration that is the Guardianship? The answer to this is that the spirit of violation enters quietly, but when once in possession of the body, it dares do anything to gain its end while the body, more and more controlled by the violation, is helpless. So it is now with the body of the Hands of the Baha’i Faith. They are controlled by this violation of the Will and Testament the violation of the Administration of the Cause and the violation of the Guardianship therefore, they are helpless to help themselves. Salvation of the body of Hands and that of the Baha’i Faith must come from without the body of their present unity that supports this violation. No one, save the Second Guardian, can accomplish this. The Beloved Guardian, in addition to having elevated me, Mason Remey, to Hand-ship in the Faith, also made me the President of the Baha’i International Council, thus placing in my hands the power to call a halt to the program of the body of Hands to create an International Council as their first step toward instituting a House of Justice that they declare will have infallible power over the Baha’i Cause; thus they calculated to endorse their violation upon the entire Bahá'í Faith as it already controls them. But here I step into the picture to block this violation by maintaining my position as President of the Baha’i International Council, reminding them that the Beloved Guardian himself appointed me to this position of authority over them, and I am now telling them that I will maintain this authority and will not allow them to hold any election to form the International Council; thus is frustrated their plan for creating a House of Justice! In other words, I, of all of the believers in the Bahá'í Faith, hold the key to this situation by having the power in my hands to bring the Hands of the Faith out from under their violation that controls them. I guard the Faith! This is why I am taking this stand against the violation of the Guardianship, and this is why I am trying to cast out this evil spirit that is so dominating the body of the Hands of the Faith; for it is only by my taking this stand that the Faith of El Baha can be saved. Now at this juncture in this time of interregnum of no Guardianship, the next step is that the Hands of the Faith are to seek the Second Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith. This, as I have explained in this call, is not only within their province to do but is a "must" for them to do now at this time. They are commanded to protect the Faith and the only way in which they can accomplish this in this emergency is that they seek the protection of the Second Guardian of the Faith. I forbid any and all Baha’is to give support to the program of the Hands of the Faith for 1963."

09.01.2022 O THOU GLORY OF THE MOST GLORIOUS Office of the Fifth Guardian of the Bahá’í Faith Baha’u’llah, Founder of the Bahá’í Faith, revealed the following words: The word of God which the Supreme Pen hath recorded on the Second Leaf of the Most Exalted Paradise is the following: The Pen of the Most High exhorteth, at this moment, the manifestations of authority and the sources of power, namely the kings, the sovereigns, the presidents, the rulers, the divines and the wise, and enjo...Continue reading

05.01.2022 Whoso interpreteth what hath been sent down from the heaven of Revelation, and altereth its evident meaning, he, verily, is of them that have perverted the Sub...lime Word of God, and is of the lost ones in the Lucid Book. The Most Holy Book, passage 105 Today 20th of April, 2018, I, E S Yazdani viewed a video on YOUTUBE channel at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meEzVH-rMws What were the conditions for the appointment of a successor to Shoghi Effendi? Mr Ali Nakhjavani responds [his scripted words]: in the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha this is the way it is provided Shoghi effendi himself should choose his successor he chooses his successor from either first his appoint his eldest son and if his eldest son is not qualified he chooses another branch another wasn’t one of the other persons so this number one he must choose Two Shoghi Effendi must appoint Hands of the Cause of God worldwide He did that He should then ask the Hands of the Cause worldwide to elect not to choose or select but to elect to elect nine from among themselves to come to Holy Land what happened in actual fact there was no election Shoghi Effendi did not call upon the Hands of Cause to elect nine he chose four to come to the Holy Land one of them was his own wife Ruhiyyah Khanum He referred a few little jobs to them of course Ruhiyyah Khanum was also his secretary that was different but there was no election He did not call on the Hands of the Cause to select not sorry to elect nine from among themselves but this is in the Will and Testament as a condition Number three these when Shoghi Effendi has appointed his successor who should be one of the Aghsan then these nine have to give their assent there if you like approval to the chose made by Shoghi Effendi Four the way that they approve or disapprove should be by secret ballots so no one will know who agreed with Shoghi Effendi’s choice and who disagreed with Shoghi Effendi’s choice the very first stage did not take place so there was no selection by Shoghi Effendi of a successor so that the other things were followed Nothing happened ‘Abdu’l-Baha has written His Will in such a way it closed doors so no one will ever ever be able to claim that there be guardian You may use the above link to hear/see the video. The above is summarized as follows: a) Shoghi Effendi must appoint his successor in accordance with the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. He appoints his eldest son as his successor and if the eldest son is not qualified he must appoint another Branch among the Branches or Aghsan. b) He appoints the members of the institution of Hands of the Cause. He has done this. He must call upon the Hands of the Cause to elect nine Hands of the Cause to come to Holy Land. Shoghi Effendi did not call upon the Hands of the Cause for the election. c) When Shoghi Effendi appointed his successor, had to be one of the Aghsan, the nine Hands of the Cause have to give their consent and if you like approval to the chosen one. d) The approval to the chosen one must be done by secret ballots so the agreed person and disagreed person are not distinguished. In short Mr Nakhjavani claims, wrongly, that for Shoghi Effendi to appoint his successor the conditions for appointment were not existed. Please carefully note the following. Mr Nakhjavani’s argument is a mixture of facts and deception, tampering with, alteration of the sacred writings that no one is capable of doing so except one who is totally disregarded and ignored the mighty Covenant of Baha’u’llah and the firm, undisputed, undeniable, certain, clear, incontestable, irrefutable and unmistakable Writings. The argument advanced by Mr Nakhjavani and the present administration in Haifa is reflection of the behaviour of individual or groups that alters the essence of true religion of God into a manmade doctrine that causes differences, wars, arguments, hate, ignorance and in short absence of divine qualities among the people of the world. Such individual or groups existed throughout the history of mankind. I draw your attention to another example that we are very familiar with in our time today. It is the behaviour of Mr. Khomeini who used and misinterpreted verse 4:59 of the Holy Quran: It means: O you, who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and the best result. Mr Khomeini assumed himself to be in authority and forced other people to follow him. Based on the false interpretation of the Writing he established a forged system of government in Persia which resulted in what we see today in Persia and in the region. ON a above Abdul-Baha in His Will and Testament states: O ye beloved of the lord It is incumbent upon the guardian of the Cause of God to appoint in his own life-time him that shall become his successor, that differences may not arise after his passing. Thus, should be the first-born of the guardian of the Cause of God not manifest in himself the truth of the words: The child is the secret essence of its sire that is, should he not inherit of the spiritual within him (the guardian of the Cause of God) and his glorious lineage not be matched with a goodly character, then must he (the guardian of the Cause of God) choose another branch to succeed him. Shoghi Effendi had to appoint in his own life time his successor. The appointed guardian had to be his son or another branch. Shoghi Effendi had no physical son and in fact, he had no children. Let us study several verses of writing of Baha’u’llah and Abdul-Baha to understand the true meaning of another branch and see if branch is limited to physical relatives of Baha’u’llah or another branch refers to all believers in the Baha’i faith. Baha’u’llah defines the meaning of branch in a Tablet addressed to an individual. He states: " ... " 343 In this verse Baha'u'llah states that all believers in him are branches. Therefore branch is not limited to blood relatives of Baha’u’llah. ‘Abdul-Baha in several tablets leaves no doubt that branch refers to all believers that are sincere believers in Baha'u'llah. In particular ‘Abdul-Baha explains that sonship is divided into two: physical and spiritual. The first is made of elements and the latter is of spirit. His words are as follows: " : . " Regarding the same subject, the following verses may be meditated upon: fear not if this branch be severed from this material world and cast its leaves; nay, the leaves thereof shall flourish, for this branch will grow after it is cut off from this world below, it shall reach the loftiest pinnacles of glory, and it shall bear such fruits as will perfume the world with their fragrance. Consider The Divine Gardener cuts off the dry or weak branch from the good tree and grafts to it a branch from another tree. He both separates and unites. Consider this text of the New Testament: The brothers of his holiness Christ, came to him and said: He answered that his brothers were those who believed in God, and refused to associate with his own brothers. Likewise Qurratu’l-Ayn when she believed in God and was attracted to the Divine Breaths, she forsook her two eldest sons, although they were her two oldest children, because they did not become believers, and thereafter did not meet them. She said: ‘All the friends of God are my children, but these two are not. I will have nothing to do with them. Shoghi Effendi, in the translation of the will and testament of Abdul-Baha, translates the term another branch in the ordinary English usage of the word branch and not in its capital form Branch. another branch is a common noun not a proper noun. It is now clear from the Writings that Shoghi Effendi could appoint any believer to succeed him. On b above One of the duties of Shoghi Effendi was to appoint the members of the institution of the Hands of the Cause. O friends! The Hands of the Cause of God must be nominated and appointed by the Guardian of the Cause of God. All must be under his shadow and obey his command. Should any, within or without the company of the Hands of the Cause of God disobey and seek division, the wrath of God and His vengeance will be upon him, for he will have caused a breach in the true Faith of God. The election of nine persons is the duty of the members of Hands of the Cause in accordance with the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. It was not the duty of the guardian to call upon the Hands for election. The statement in the Will reads: The Hands of the Cause of God must elect from their own number nine persons that shall at all times be occupied in the important services in the work of the Guardian of the Cause of God. The election of these nine must be carried either unanimously or by majority from the company of the Hands of the Cause of God and these, whether unanimously or by a majority vote, must give their assent to the choice of the one whom the Guardian of the Cause of God hath chosen as his successor. This assent must be given in such wise as the assenting and dissenting voices may not be distinguished (i.e., secret ballot). Mr. Nakhjavani is altering the Writing to suit his inner intention. He tries to mislead you. He is manifestation of How often hath grievous error been disguised in the garb of truth, that it might sow the seeds of doubt in the hearts of men! ‘Abdu’l-Baha stated. Mr. Nakhjavani is tempering with and altering the sacred Writings. On c above As stated above the first Guardian of the Faith was free to appoint any believer to succeed him. Any believer in Baha’u’llah could be the second Guardian of the Faith if he was appointed to that position by Shoghi Effendi. Shoghi Effendi, in his letter of Nov., 1929 states: O beloved of the Lord! The appointment of the Hands of the Cause of God, Carrying out the sacred laws of the Faith of God, legislation and enactment of the secondary laws that are not explicitly revealed in the Book of God [Kitáb-i-Aqdas], formation of international conferences of the believers of the Cause of Baha’u’llah, and connection of the Baha’i multitudes to the Scientific, literature and art, religious, and social communities, are all pending on formation and establishment of the Universal house of Justice In the vicinity of the loftiest shrines in the Holy Land. As this exalted Body is the source of all main decisions and activities of the Baha’i community; and will be an assistant to me that I refer to These are Shoghi Effendi’s words in the Persian language: " ." The reader may know, the first group of the Hands of the Cause of God was appointed on 24th December 1951. To fulfil his promise, therefore, it was necessary that the Universal House of Justice had to be formed prior to the appointment of the Hands of the Faith. He, in fact, on the 9th of January 1951, before the appointment of the Hands, formed the embryo of the Universal House of Justice. On this day the following Cablegram was sent to the Baha'i world. Proclaim National Assemblies of East and West weighty epoch making decision of formation of first International Baha'i Council, forerunner of supreme administrative institution destined to emerge in fullness of time within precincts beneath shadow of World Spiritual Centre of Faith already established in twin cities of ‘Akk’a and Haifa. Fulfilment of prophecies uttered by Founder of Faith and Centre of His Covenant culminating in establishment of Jewish State, signalizing birth after lapse of two thousand years of an independent nation in the Holy Land, the swift unfoldment of historic undertaking associated with construction of superstructure of the Bab’s Sepulchre on Mount Carmel, the present adequate maturity of nine vigorously functioning national administrative institutions throughout the Baha'i world, combine to induct me to arrive at this historic decision making most significant milestone in evolution of administrative order of the Faith of Baha'u'llah in course of last thirty years. Nascent Institution now created is invested with threefold function: first, to forge link with authorities of newly emerged State; second, to assist me to discharge responsibilities involved erection of mighty superstructure of the Bab’s Holy Shrine; third, to conduct negotiations related to matters of personal status with civil authorities. To these will be added further functions in course of evolution of this first embryonic International Institution, making its development into officially recognised Baha'i Court, its transformation into duly elected body, its efflorescence into Universal House of Justice, and its final fruition through erection of manifold auxiliary institutions constituting the World Administrative Centre destined to arise and function and remain permanently established in close neighbourhood of Twin Holy Shrines. Hail with thankful, joyous heart at long last the constitution of International Council which history will acclaim as the greatest event shedding lustre upon second epoch of Formative Age of Baha'i Dispensation potentially unsurpassed by any enterprise undertaken since inception of Administrative Order of Faith on morrow of Abdul-Baha’s Ascension, ranking second only to glorious immortal events associated with ministries of the Three Central Figures of Faith in course of First Age of most glorious Dispensation of the five thousand century Baha'i cycle. Advise publicise announcement through Public Relations Committee. On 2nd of March 1951, the Guardian sent another cablegram to the Baha'i world. In this cablegram Shoghi Effendi appointed Charles Mason Remey as the President of the embryo of the Universal House of Justice. The cablegram reads: Greatly welcome assistance of the newly formed International Council, particularly its president, Mason Remey, and its Vice President, Amelia Collins, through contact with authorities designed to spread the fame, consolidate the foundation and widen the scope of influence emanating from the twin spiritual, administrative World Centres permanently fixed in the Holy Land constituting the midmost heart of the entire planet. ‘Abdul-Baha in some Answered Questions writes: the embryo possesses from the first all perfection, such as the spirit the mind, the sight, the smell, the taste in one word, all the powers but they are not visible and become so only by degrees. Shoghi Effendi not only appointed his successor during his life on this planet; he also formed the embryo of the Universal House of Justice. He appointed his two successors; Charles Mason Remey as the second guardian to be and the embryo of Universal House of Justice that would be ranking second only to glorious immortal events associated with ministries of the Three Central Figures of Faith in course of First Age of most glorious Dispensation of the five thousand century Baha'i cycle. The Hands of the Cause had to call upon themselves to elect nine persons to consent and agree to the chosen one of Shoghi Effendi in accordance with the Will and Testament NOT Shoghi Effendi. The Hands of the Cause failed their duty intentionally or unintentionally. Mr. A. Nakhjavani now tries to cover up the Hands of the Cause failure and their mistakes by accusing and slandering Shoghi Effendi. On d above In accordance with the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, the Hands of the Cause are not given authority over the guardian of the Faith. They are always under the direction of the guardian of the Cause. The elected nine persons by the members of the institution of the Hands of the Cause must agree to the choice of the guardian of the Faith. ‘Abdu’l-Baha in His Will and Testament does not provide conflict of authority in the Cause of God. He has clearly directed the Hands of the Cause to assent and agree to the chosen one. The elected nine Hands of the Cause, as stated in the Will; must give assent to the choice of the one whom the Guardian of the Cause of God hath chosen as his successor. In the original text ‘Abdu’l-Baha uses the word " ". This word does not mean approval. The Hands of the Cause of God must elect from their own number nine persons that shall at all times be occupied in the important services in the work of the Guardian of the Cause of God. The original text reads: " ." May God assist you to see the truth. 04.01.2022 : "..... ... . . . ." ( 88 ) 88 : Woe unto anyone who ignores the counsels of the Pen of the Most High, revealed in His Tablets, rejects the blessings and bounties of this glorious Dispensation, considers the mighty Covenant of the Ever-Lasting God to be baseless and vain-imagining, degrades the validity of this great Cause and Its inevitable changing stages, and imagines these transitions as signs of imperfection and decline in the fortune of this indestructible Faith of God, the Most Exalted. How great, how very great is the Cause [ of God ] ! How very severe Its crises. The storm of Its tribulation is violent, and Its Path sharper than the cutting edge of a sword. None is able to withstand this destructive wind but the peaks and high mountains. No one's feet will pass through this straight Path save those who have firm steps. The blaze of Its ordeal is intensive, and the thunderbolt of Its wrath emerges swifter than the flame of fire. People will die except the believers; the believers will die except those who are tested; those who are tested will die except those who are purified; and those who are purified will be in great danger. " ( Shoghi Effendi, Taugh’ie [letter] of the year 88 B.E., to Persian believers )
