25.01.2022 ---Gum valley pony express postponed--- Hey guys, it is with a heavy heart we have had to postpone the first round of the valleys pony express this weekend. Our beautiful paradise has absolutely copped the rain with over 250mm of rain in the last 24hrs and predicted storms for the rest of the week.... We are sorry about the inconvenience but believe it is best to call the event early. We will get more information out to all riders in the coming days with more information regarding refunds, new dates ext

22.01.2022 Charged through stage 10 coming across the line in 6th position. Today had a lot of tricky navigation in some open vegetation areas which caught me out losing ...a bunch of time. Good to have no crashes today and to come away feeling better then I started.. I’m still having an absolute blast and trying to gain as much experience as possible and to enjoy this journey! We have one of the most physically demanding stages approaching us tomorrow with a total of 464km. With only two days remaining I’m currently in 6th overall, I’m looking forward to bringing myself and the bike across the finish line two more times 2 stages to go...

20.01.2022 Get ready for Dakar

20.01.2022 Current Australian Off Road Championship Champion Daniel Sanders could be on the verge of creating history in the Dakar Rally in his Rookie year as he is within... striking distance of a top three finish after finishing 4th in Stage 11 and now sits in 4th overall. "I rode really good the first part of the stage then got into some dust and was just trying to get through the day with no big mistakes. In the end it was a big relief seeing the finish. Very difficult navigation which I liked and probably the most enjoyable day so far. "We have a sort special stage tomorrow of 202km looking forward to seeing that finish line. " Michael Burgess (Destination Dakar Roadbook Adventures) has also had a good Dakar again making improvements in Stage 11 moving into 28th place despite copping dust storms from riders in front of him. Badly injured Andrew Joseph Houlihan continues to defy his crippling hand injury to march forward and is currently in 51st place. "Many of us, me included, are now even having trouble just getting on and off the bikes because of body fatigue. One of the team has to help me to get all my heavy gear off, Andrew said. See more

16.01.2022 Stage 3 win! It’s like a yo-yo effect at the moment, it’s quite frustrating to be at the front then right at the back, the navigation side of things makes it ...difficult to lead a stage out and I have to do it again tomorrow but hopefully I might catch a break and it isn’t too hard! Still a long way to go but to have no crashes and have the bike in one piece at the finish today is great. See more
