25.01.2022 We are getting so close! Exciting carpet installation this week, which has given the office space so much warmth. Split systems are all but ready, blinds ordered, floor boards in hallway and verandah ready for TLC and custom made desks will be designed this week. Happy days!

10.01.2022 Let there be paint! After eight weeks of intricate window restoration, we now have the verandah painted...floors to be tackled at some point this weekend! Great effort from everyone involved, including Mick & Barry and Adrian Young Electrical for making my copper pipe dream work for the exposed electrical wiring. Its finally coming together and we cant wait to work in such a great space! More pics to come as we reach the finish line.

Luckily we love hard work. Great tenants on ground floor and the flat upstairs will become our offices and the business spaces for a couple of lucky tenants. Here are a few before shots.
