18.01.2022 Finally day 10!! An east coast into the madness of Sydney, all cars intact for Buddy Group 35. Amazing to finally make it, we were not overly confident at times so pretty happy. An awesome experience to share with special people that become your family for 10 days, super proud to a part of Group 35. will post more pics of the journey soon, off to the awards!! Cheers Slingers

17.01.2022 Uluru to Oodnadatta, smashed it in great time, low on power so had to play with Stormy story to follow Cheers Slingers

17.01.2022 Smurf day today, Hame crook as a dog as the rally has a viral flu doing the rounds. Think I’m not far off! Brainy Smurf is our mascot today, seems he’s quite the rock star with production flicking him like flies for the money shot Cheers Slingers

17.01.2022 Few pics, Stormy suffered a little today so gave her some love. Off to the ball... Pics to follow. Cheers Slingers.

13.01.2022 The roll in to the finish line, what’s an amazing way to wrap it up. Bit long although enjoy! Cheers Slingers

12.01.2022 Oodnadatta to Copley, again a great run without any issues arising. Windscreen staying to get a little loose so another job tonight. Cheers Slingers

09.01.2022 Just back in service since Uluru, an awesome night at the Field of Light. Awesome company Cheers Slingers

07.01.2022 Dodgy Smurf assisting with a quick roof basket install. Roof racks failed so bolt it straight on. Cheers Slingers

06.01.2022 Not far to go now, come on Stormy you can do this

06.01.2022 Gunslingers have landed. Epic trip, time to sleep. Cheers Slingers

03.01.2022 The Windscreen. Apparently not supposed to do this. Old mate in the Falcon having issues with the alternator happened to have some sticky stuff we tried to barter our spare alternator with, unfortunately it didn’t fit although kind enough to let us have the Silastic. Pics in comments. Cheers Slingers.

03.01.2022 Oodnadatta to Cameron’s Corner, Smuf dress up day. Was a great drive to our namesake town! Cheers Slingers

02.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of transmission peeps, no service combined with a lack of sleep has had its way with us! Bit of a catch up, traveled well with one car in the group having suspension issues, quick roadside repair thanks to Roger’s nuts and bolts package. Story suffered a blow with a buggered stater motor that required push stating until we had a chance to replace with a spare we had. Bit of ear repair work by our mother of the group Jenny(poor girl stuck with 11 guys). Cheers Slingers

01.01.2022 Off to the ball. Lookout fellas. Cheers Slingers

01.01.2022 So stormy had an issue that was developing, loss of power!! Not good, fortunately stormy had some spare parts that fitted the bill. Long story short she now has a fuel pump in the boot that has relieved the lack of fuel pressure so she’s back up and flying full noise. She may not be pretty although no doubt will be a feature for years to come. Cheers Slingers
